The song that wasn't meant for the album! I was venting to my sister about a female musician who was being a bully. As we talked about the way "younger Monica" might have dealt with the situation... the song "Ho Down" started to form. It made the album as a shout out to all the "redneck fathers' daughters" who were taught to stand up for themselves by going "toe to toe".
